The very nice old building apartment is located on the 1st floor, is about 60m² and fully equipped for up to 4 people (incl. WiFi and satellite TV in the living room and bedroom).
It consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge freezer), and a separate work area. From the kitchen, it is only a few steps to the cozy living room with a large flat-screen TV and large couch, which can be converted into a sofa bed (including an additional mattress 1.40mx2.00m).
Sufficient parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
Within walking distance (approx. 350m) is the main train station Castrop-Rauxel with its excellent local transport connections for the entire Ruhr area (e.g. only 13 minutes with the RE3 to Dortmund HBF and 48 minutes to Düsseldorf airport). Various shopping facilities and restaurants are also located in the immediate vicinity. The freeway connection to the A2 and A42 can be reached in a few minutes.
At full occupancy and monthly rent, a price of 1390 € per month including weekly cleaning and bed linen/towels is provided. With fewer persons, a price reduction can be requested if necessary.
