Sowohl vom Hochbett im Schlafzimmer als auch vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie einen traumhaften Blick auf die Elbe, Blohm und Voss, Hafenanlagen, Kreuzfahrtschiffe, den Michel, die tanzenden Türme, den Spielbudenplatz und natürlich auf die ganze Reeperbahn. Genießen Sie Ihr Frühstück bei Sonne auf dem Balkon oder im Essbereich. Sie sitzen auf bequemen transparenten Ghoststühlen von Philipp Starck am ausziehbaren Glastisch von Spinder Design. Im Wohnzimmer steht eine hochwertige Ledercouch von Bali Messina, die sich im Handumdrehen in ein komfortables Bett mit separater Matratze verwandeln lässt. Oder Sie relaxen in ledernen überaus bequemen Bauhaussesseln. Im Wohnzimmer integriert ist ein Küchenzeile untergebracht, die über ein 2 Platten Ceranfeld, Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle mit Grill, Besteck, Geschirr und Gläser verfügt. The apartment is located on the 14th of 17 floors directly at the Reeperbahn, opposite the famous Große Freiheit. From the loft bed in the bedroom as well as from the living room you have a fantastic view of the Elbe, Blohm and Voss, harbour facilities, cruise ships, the Michel, the dancing towers, the Spielbudenplatz and of course the whole Reeperbahn. Enjoy your breakfast in the sun on the balcony or in the dining area. You sit on comfortable transparent ghost chairs by Philipp Starck at the extendable glass table by Spinder Design. In the living room there is a high-quality leather couch by Bali Messina, which can be transformed into a comfortable bed with a separate mattress in no time at all. Or you can relax in the extremely comfortable Bauhaus armchairs made of leather. In the living room there is an integrated kitchenette, which has a 2 plate ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, cutlery, crockery and glasses. In the bedroom there is a big mirror cabinet and a loft bed (160x200), from which you can watch the hustle and bustle in the morning. In the living room and bedroom are swivel flat TV's. The bathroom has a bathtub with glass shower wall.
Fully equipped with bed linen, towels, pot and pan, dishes, cutlery, iron and ironing board, WLAN and telephone flatrate, washing machine and dryer are in the basement (with coins).

A weekly cleaning and/or laundry service can be organized for a fee.
If required, an underground parking space can be rented in the house for 60,-€ per month.
