I am offering my own flat for subletting during my time abroad. By arrangement, the flat could also be rented as a 2-room flat with a large balcony for an additional charge. I would provide all my household items. The flat has no WLAN. There is always a parking space in the quiet side street. The flat is a 5-minute walk from Rewe and Aldi. The Chamber of Crafts, hairdressers' guild and TUS Chemnitz Altendorf are also nearby. The short street down is a direct access to the newly developed cycle path in Chemnitz. Forests and fields are in the immediate vicinity for long walks. Very good connection to public transport with bus lines 32, 62, 72.
