Wonderful penthouse in Mitte

This modern and individually furnished flat is located in Berlin's central Mitte district in the backyard of a quiet street. The luxurious flat is equipped with a kitchenette and a cosy sitting area. In the living room there is a TV with hi-fi system, as well as a design work desk (fully equipped with several sockets, reading lamp, etc.). The two bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe, one bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and one with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat, one equipped with a bathtub and the other with a shower. A very special highlight is the large roof terrace with a view of the TV tower. In the entrance area our guests will find our concierge as a contact person daily from 07 am – 9 pm. On request, we offer additional services such as a fridge service, babysitter, etc.

The flat is located in the trendy district of Mitte. Berlin's Alexanderplatz is only a few minutes' walk away, as is the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg with its numerous restaurants, bars and Berlin fashion shops. The flat has excellent public transport connections: the subway station Rosenthaler Platz is 250m away, as well as several tram lines. The tram line M8 goes directly to the main station in just 12 minutes. Very good shopping facilities are available. The flat faces the inner courtyard in a quiet street.
