The apartment is fully furnished (kitchen and cleaning equiptment).
The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and in a quiet building. There is grocery shopping (ALDI) directly next door. There is a bus stop immediatly in front of the complex.
The pictures are showing a desk with monitors. Unfortunately the monitors are not included (they are still from the previous tenant) .
