With about 31 square meters of space, our Comfort Apartment is a bit more spacious. Just like all our apartments, the Comfort Apartments have a comfortable double bed and a separate bathroom with shower. The furnishings are upscale, stylish and modern in design. For your restful stay in Munich and relaxation in the evening, the Comfort Apartments are equipped with a flat screen TV. A closet as well as your own safe are also available to you as a guest.

We offer weekly cleaning with linen and towel change, washing machine/dryer in the basement, kitchenette with complete crockery, separate bathroom with shower and toilet, WLAN, satellite TV, a non-smoking ambience and, very important, underground parking spaces in the house! From here Munich is at your feet! City center, main train station, subway, Mittlerer Ring, trade fair, airport - everything is easily and quickly accessible.
In the immediate vicinity you will find shopping facilities and a variety of gastronomic offers. Even one of the largest, famous Munich beer gardens, where people meet in the warm early evenings for an after-work get-together, is within walking distance.

The S-Bahn station Donnersbergerbrücke is only a 3-minute walk away. From there, trains run regularly to the main train station (2 stops), the pedestrian zone around Marienplatz and the airport.
You can reach the castle Nymphenburg with the streetcar 16/17 in 10 minutes.

You are welcome to move into the apartment as a couple. In this case we charge a surcharge.
