Tous nos appartements sont situés en centre-ville et proches de toutes
commodités et transports en communs (Métro, Tramway et Bus).

Cette superbe chambre en colocation, meublée, équipée et tout inclus à Paris unit confort et design. Elle offre de nombreux équipements comme un lit confortable et hypoallergénique avec couette et oreillers. Ne vous manque plus à apporter que vos vêtements pour y vivre ! La chambre possède un cadenas si besoin.

Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
couette, oreillers…).

Le logement est localisé dans le quartier Quinze-Vingt, en plein coeur de Paris. De nombreux commerces, transports publics, restaurants sont situés à proximité. La colocation est à l'étage 3 sans ascenseur. Elle est prête-à-vivre et propose une cuisine complètement équipée avec frigo, poêles, casseroles, vaisselle, bouilloire, ustensiles, micro-ondes… Ainsi que lave-linge, tancarville, fer à repasser, planche à repasser. Tout le nécessaire pour le ménage est sur place au sein de cette colocation : balai, balai-brosse, aspirateur, seau et serpillère… Chaque colocation meublée inclut toutes les charges : eau, assurance habitation, charges de copropriété, taxe sur les ordures, wifi illimité, électricité.

Tous nos appartements sont entièrement équipés (lave-linge, vaisselle,
décoration…) par nos équipes, qui se chargent également de la maintenance
technique et matérielle.

Durée minimum de séjour : 1 mois
Appartement éligible à la CAF jusqu’à 258€ / mois. La CAF pour Caisse
d'allocations familiales est un service public gratuit et français éligible
pour tous,y compris les étranger et qui peut vous aider financièrement à
payer une partie de votre logement en fonction de votre situation que vous
soyez français ou étranger. Pour connaître le montant potentiel de votre
aide, rendez-vous sur le site de CAF et complétez l’estimation en ligne des
APL (aide pour le logement).
Frais de services : à partir de 790€
Les frais de services couvrent l’écriture du bail mais également
l’assistance tout au long de votre séjour. Les frais de services couvrent
ainsi la réparation et l’entretien du matériel ainsi que l’accès à notre
support ultra réactif en cas de besoin d’intervention dans votre logement.

All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities

This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Paris is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare can be found in the Quinze-Vingt neighborhood, in the heart of Paris. Plenty of shops, public transports, restaurants are accessible close by. The apartment is on floor 3 without lift. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, pans, crockery, kitchen ustensils, kettle… The accommodation also contains an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, water, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, household waste tax.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Minimum stay : 1 mois
Apartment eligible for CAF up to 258€ / month. The CAF for Caisse
d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.
Service fee : from 790€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
