Completely furnished and equipped it can easily accommodate 2 people : there you will find a kitchenette with kettle and microwave and the sleeping area with a convertible couch. All house linen is provided as well as an internet connection.
The building is completely safe: it has a concierge and a security code to enter.

Welcome to our comfy spot: come and book our little studio in rue de Panthièvre. It is located at the 4th floor with elevator in a well-maintained building with guardian and security code. It offers a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave as well as everything you need for your meals (pots, plats, cutlery, glasses, etc.). A little table and a chair are also provided which can be used as a working space. Even if you need to work from home, our internet connection will make it easy.
In the same room a sleeping area is provided with a convertible couch and a big wardrobe where our hosts can comfortably store all their clothes and luggage.
You will equally have access to a private bathroom with toilet, shower and a well-lightened sink with a mirror.
The cozy atmosphere of this 16m2 studio is certainly amplified by the little street that takes to the building with its Parisian cafés and bistros.

The studio is not far from all the most famous attractions like the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Elysèes, the Galeries Lafayette and the Opéra Garnier, you will find the metros 9 and 13 at the station of Miromesnil which is at just 2/3 minutes of walk. Also the station of Saint Lazare is only 15 minutes walking distance away.
The district is full of art galleries and just next to our building you will find the Gekelaere and Robinson studio, where exhibitions of the most famous Europeans architects of XXth century take place.
