Appartement composé d'une chambre avec lit double ou deux lits simples, salon avec un coin bureau avec une TV écran plat, espace dînatoire, kitchenette entièrement équipée et une salle de bain avec baignoire et WC séparé.
La cuisine équipée dispose notamment d'un micro-onde, d'un réfrigérateur, des plaques électriques, d'une cafetière et d'une bouilloire. De la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine sont également fournis. Vous aurez accès à un parking extérieur, du linge de toilette, du linge de lit ainsi qu'un accès gratuit au Wifi dans l'appartement.

It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed or two twin beds, a living room with an office area with a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with bath and separated toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, electric hob, coffee maker and kettle. Crockery and cooking utensils are also provided. You will have access to an outdoor parking, towels, bed linen and free Wi-Fi access in the flat.
Laundry facilities are available on site for a fee and you can request an iron and ironing board for free. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 60€ per month.
To constitute the rental file we ask for an identity document, bank details to guarantee the reservation and a bank account number, these same documents will be asked for in case of a guarantor. A deposit corresponding to one month's rent will be requested on the day of your arrival.
