In prossimità della Stazione Trastevere e a due passi dal lungotevere e comodamente posizionato tra due dei più belli e caratteristici quartieri di Roma, Trastevere e Testaccio si trova questo luminosissimo, spazioso e silenzioso appartamento di 95mq, posto al 5° piano con ascensore. Nella vicinanza c'è un largo slargo dove la domenica mattina si svolge il tradizionale mercato di Porta Portese. L'appartamento si trova a pochi minuti dalla Stazione di Trastevere e Viale Trastevere da dove si può raggiungere il centro storico di Roma con il tram n. 8 in 20 minuti. Testaccio si raggiunge attraversando lungotevere in solo 15 minuti. Questi due quartieri hanno una vita notturna molto dinamica con una scelta enorme di ristoranti e locali.

Entrando in casa si è accolti da un ampio corridoio , subito a destra c'è la prima camera da letto, cucina e primo bagno tutti con l'affaccio sul cortile interno ,a destra c'è la seconda camera da letto e soggiorno con affaccio su Via Ettore Rolli. Alla fine del corridoio c'è la terza camera da letto con il bagno en-suite ed un piccolo balcone sempre con l'affaccio sul cortine interno.

In the vicinity, there is a wide open square where the traditional Porta Portese market takes place on Sunday mornings. The apartment is a few minutes from Trastevere Station and Viale Trastevere from where you can reach the historic center of Rome by streetcar No. 8 in 20 minutes. Testaccio can be reached by crossing Lungotevere in only 15 minutes. These two neighborhoods have a very dynamic nightlife with a huge choice of restaurants and clubs.

Entering the house you are greeted by a large hallway , immediately to the right is the first bedroom, kitchen and first bathroom all overlooking the inner courtyard ,to the right is the second bedroom and living room overlooking Via Ettore Rolli. At the end of the corridor is the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a small balcony also overlooking the inner courtyard.
