This cozy studio has been designed as a tiny appartment with much attention to detail and is equipped with modern and upscale furniture and accessories. It features a phenomenal view across all of Hamburg.

THE APPARTMENT
Positioned right opposite of the escalator on the 15th floor, a soundproof door opens and immediately gives room to a stunning view across Hamburg through the floor to ceiling windows

Lots of large gray-tinted mirrors and raw steel define the bathroom and hallway and the floor-to-ceiling triple built-in closet. The bathroom features a rain shower.
The fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine with integrated dryer, oven and microwave and with the cooking hob your can either cook or be cooked for.

The comfy 180x200 raised box spring bed lets you fall asleep in Japanese sheets and wake up with the unique view to the ever busy port of Hamburg.
A spacious sofa also invites for comfort after a long day of shopping. A glass fiber internet connection of 100 Mbit up and downstream is included for smooth home office in the original Eames chair.
Would you like a balcony? Of course we have one, including a weathered garden chair.

Another spare room on the same floor offers extensive storage space for suitcases, etc.

SHOP TILL YOU DROP
You can properly shop right opposite the house. The Elbe shopping center with over 170 shops such as H&M, Holister, Zara, Halhuber and many dining options is directly opposite. The wonderful Edeka to the left of the house has more delicacies then your heart desires.

Long hikes through the adjacent garden colonies and the Elbe suburbs let you experience Hamburg's green lung.
