Beautiful townhouse with communal pool, garage and private property. Ideal to enjoy with the family. It is distributed over four floors with large spaces. With two kitchens, one of them in the cellar area. A few meters from the sea and the beach, in a beautiful area of Gijón.
The space
Distributed over 4 floors. On the ground floor, garage area, bathroom, cellar area with sofa and kitchen. On the first floor, living room with a separate kitchen. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom and on the top floor, there is a large room with a private bathroom.
Services and common areas
The house is rented as a whole, and guests also have access to the pool, which will be shared with the rest of the townhouses. Events, parties, and bachelor parties are not allowed.
Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
